We’re switching to HVO100 to reduce environmental impact

Ever since we started in 1968, we have worked to minimise harmful emissions. This spring, we took a further step for a greener environment and decided to switch to HVO100 as the fuel we use. This will give a significant reduction in our amount of fossil-derived CO2 emissions.

HVO100 is hydrogenated vegetable oil, which is produced completely from renewable raw materials, without any fossil-based component. The switch to HVO100 is fully in line with our environmental work. Another aspect of this is our decision to always choose the most advantageous vehicles from an environmental point of view, which means that we choose engines that meet the requirements of the Euro 6 standard.

How can a logistics company be environmentally sensitive? This is a question that we must never stop asking ourselves. For this reason it is particularly gratifying that we are now reinforcing our work with the environment, choosing to primarily use HVO100. We plan to be a good example of how the industry can focus more effectively on environmental issues,
